Kathryn Nulf - Yoga Teacher

Contact Kathryn at info@greenlotusyogactr.com

Yoga first became part of Kathryn's life as a form of physical therapy for a back injury and chronic pain.  A dancer at heart, she was immediately drawn to the expressive aspects of the poses and learned that there was much more than just physical benefits to be offered in a yoga practice.

Kathryn believes yoga is for everyone and that the practice helps prepare us for our daily lives. She enjoys holding a space where others can open to their creative capacity and inner strength. In her classes, students are encouraged to kindly challenge their bodies, find grace in transition, and locate their inner calm. Focus is placed on deepening body awareness through mindful alignment and acceptance of where the body is at any given moment.

Kathryn's teaching style is inspired by Classical, Yin, Power, Vinyasa, and Anusara yoga traditions. A Philadelphia native, Kathryn received 200-hour certifications in both Classical Yoga and Baptiste Power Vinyasa yoga on the east coast.  She also studied Yin yoga with Paulie Zink.  Kathryn is certified in Thai yoga bodywork through Michael Buck at the Vedic Conservatory.
