Diane Allmann has been a Spiritual Director since 2000 and received her Certification from Christos Center for Spiritual Formation and Direction in Lino Lakes, MN. She is also a Healing Touch Spiritual Ministries Practitioner and received her Certification from Healing Touch Spiritual Ministry, Inc. in 2005. Diane is an Herbalist and began studying in 1994. Diane has also been facilitating Boundaries groups and teaching boundaries since 2000. She loves to facilitate women's circles to create a warm, safe atmosphere for sharing and discussing the relevant, heart-felt issues of our lives. The present 2 year course of study she is taking is: "The Living From Grace Program integrates traditional psychological approaches with advanced energy and consciousness training."

Diane is a wife (husband Jim), mother (1) and step-mother (3), and grandmother of 6. "I love doing Yoga and as an elder woman, it brings to me energy, strength and flexibility. To become the "Old Crone", the "Wise Woman", the "Elder", I believe we need to continue to grow, to move, and to "share our wisdom" with each other - young and old.
