Free Introductory Classes
Getting started at Green Lotus is easy, personal, and fun!
- Your first week is FREE so that you can try all of our classes, including Tai Chi and mat Pilates. Click here to view the current class schedule. Begin anytime. Try as many classes as possible during your free week. Our teachers can recommend a personal plan for you for your free week and afterwards.
- Green Lotus offers a complimentary 15-minute personal consultation to listen to your goals, answer your questions, and give you a tour of the Center. Simply email your request to info@greenlotusyogactr.com. This session is not required for you to begin your free week!
- Once a month, Green Lotus offers a FREE two-hour workshop -- Especially for Beginners -- for people new to yoga or new to Green Lotus. In this light-hearted, laughter-filled event, multiple teachers will lead you through a few poses from each of our classes (or demonstrate them). You will receive individual attention and have ample time to ask questions. You will leave with a personal plan to begin your journey and to grow from the inside out as well as the outside in. Workshop attendess are offered the opportunity to buy a discounted class package at the completion of the workshop and to purchase one of thick, cushiony yoga mats for 25% less. - Also, every Sunday at 5:30 p.m., beginning September 12, 2010, Green Lotus offers a donations-based class for all levels - Commuity Yoga - as one of its commitments to the acting locally. We ask that, if possible, students attending this class bring a food or cash contribution for our local food shelves.
