Lisa Malloy - Yoga Teacher
Contact Lisa at lmalloy@greenlotusyogactr.com Lisa was introduced to yoga in 2006 when her lifelong struggles with anxiety disorders had reached their peak. It was out of desperation that she first found herself on a yoga mat, but over time, and with the caring support of some amazing teachers, she learned to listen to her body with both compassion and objectivity. Yoga became an integral part of her healing and inspired in her a desire to bring the practice to others. Lisa received her teacher training from TeriLeigh Schmidt and completed her RYT-200 in April 2008. “Yoga, for me, is about awareness," Lisa says. "It’s about peeling back delusions one layer at a time to reveal the innate truths unique to each of us. It’s about rediscovering our genuine selves.”
