Renay Ingledew joined Green Lotus at its inception in December 2007 and offers healing touch, Reiki, Raindrop Therapy, which involves the use of essential therapeutic oils, and reflexology, the ancient healing techique of applying pressure to points on the feet that correspond to specific parts of the body to promote natural healing. Renay received her Certificate as a Healing Practitioner in the Healing Touch Spiritual Ministry program at the St. Croix Center for the Healing Arts in Hudson, Wisconsin, and also completed the Certificate for Aromatherapy and Certificate for Reflexology there. She is currently being directed in Meditation by a Teacher of Thai techniques. Renay continues to work on her own well-being to most effectively help her clients on their healing journeys. She is compassionate and sensitive to the stresses of daily living and is passionate about her work in guiding and assisting others towards wellness and wholeness through these healing tecniques. Renay also works at Methodist Hospital in St. Louis Park and lives in Lakeville.
