Building on the principles learned in Assisting and Adjusting Level 1, students will delve more
deeply into learning oral, breath, directional, and full hands-on adjustments in different and more advanced poses such as:

  • Assisting in flow sequences
  • Standing poses: pyramid/revolved triangle, half moon, bird of paradise
  • Seated poses: hero/reclining hero
  • Arm balances: side plank with variations, baby grasshopper, flying pigeon, side crow, peacock
  • Inversions: forearm stand, straddle forward fold with scissor kick to tripod headstand
  • Backbends: wheel

Students will also learn how to modify and assist students with common injuries and weight and health issues within an all-level class. Teaching modified postures with chairs and at the wall for overweight or immobile clients will be covered.

Pre-requisite:  200-hour teacher training and The Art of Assisting and Adjusting Level 1. 


Art of Assisting and Adjusting Level 2 Faculty

Schedule

Green Lotus's Art of Assisting and Adjusting Level 2 is held at our Lakeville Center.  Hours are as follows:

  • Friday: 5 - 9 p.m.
  • Saturday: 11 a.m. - 8 p.m.

*No make-up sessions will be available. If students cannot attend for the entire weekend schedule, they will be able to complete the requirements the next time the training is held.

Fee $260

Green Lotus Alumni receive a 10% discount; registered 300-hour students receive a 15% discount.

Because our training sessions tend to develop a wait list, refunds will be made to your personal Green Lotus account with less than two-weeks notice.  Cancellations made with less than 48 hour notice will not receive a refund.
