Yoga Alliance-Approved Advanced Yoga Studies and
Continuing-Education Yoga Teacher Training
Dates: February 10 - 12, 2017
CEC: 26-Hours (22 Contact, 4 Non-Contact)
This integrative training takes you on a unique journey deep within the physical and subtle aspects of the practice of teaching asana. You will learn how to apply Western anatomy - muscles, bones, organs, and glands - to the poses and how to integrate that knowledge with the Eastern subtle aspects of chakras, koshas, marmas, and pressure points. Participants will graduate from this segment being able to teach a class with both Western and Eastern focal points and a fresh sense of integrative health. Yogis taking this segment will be able to apply the concepts to the classroom and specific styles of hatha yoga from Yin to Hot Fusion.
