After experiencing the healing benefits of massage first-hand, Anna was inspired to become a massage practitioner, graduating from Northern Lights School of Massage Therapy, in Minneapolis, in 2000. She received training in Swedish, sports, trigger point, prenatal, energy anatomy healing, body mobilization technique, hakomi, and integrative therapies. She also earned certification in neuromuscular therapy through the Upledger Institute. Through her experience, with many clients over the years, Anna has learned the importance of incorporating mindfulness and energy work into her sessions to facilitate healing with greater efficiency. She truly enjoys working with people and assisting them in achieving their wellness goals. Anna enjoys spending time with her family, doing anything outdoors, practicing yoga, reading, gardening, and dabbling in crafts when time allows.
