Health & Illness-Prevention Protocols

Are you feeling sick?

Our mindful procedures are designed to help keep you and our staff safe and well.

Before leaving for the Centers ask yourself these questions:

  • Do I have any symptoms of a cold, flu, RSV, or covid like fever, cough, sore throat, runny nose, nausea, or vomiting?

  • Have I lost the sense of smell or taste ?

  • Do I live with anyone who is sick or quarantined?

  • Do I have any symptom that may indicate that I am unwell?

If you have symptoms of illness
or have been exposed to a communicable disease, call the Center to cancel your appointment or class/event registration.

Thank you for your mindfulness and help keeping our community well.

We hope you feel better soon and we look forward to seeing you on your mat or at the Center for a service.

Would you like to wear a mask for your appointment, class, or event?
If you feel more comfortable wearing a mask at any time, we support your decision to do so.
