How to flex up, flex down, suspend, or cancel your membership.

Memberships can be suspended, flexed down, or cancelled with a 30- day notice. Flex up anytime. It’s easy.

After completion, your form is sent to our membership managers. They will email you to confirm your membership change within 7 business days. If you have any questions or if you don’t hear from us, please email us.

Flex up your membership

Are you ready to visit us more often? You can flex up anytime. Just let us know when you’d like to flex up your class, infrared sauna, or salt therapy membership. Our membership managers will fulfill your request as soon as possible.   • If you flex up before your next automatic payment, a fee below applies and will be charged to your credit card on file. Alternately, you may flex up on your next scheduled automatic payment or on a payment thereafter without a fee, however, you will not be able to use additional sessions until then. Please indicate your preference on the Flex Up Form.

    Flex 8 —> Flex Plus: $20 for unlimited classes now

    Flex 4 —> Flex 8: $50 for 4 additional classes now

    Flex 4 —> Flex Plus: $70 for unlimited classes now

    On-Demand Class Library membership—> Flex Plus unlimited classes: $80

    Salt/Sauna 8-session membership —> 30-session membership: $50

    Rolling 10 package membership - we suggest completing your 2 package minimum purchase commitment before changing memberships. If you would still like to make a change, contact a membership manager by email.

Flex down your membership

30-day notice required

Is it challenging to schedule all the classes or salt/sauna sessions you’d like to take? You can change your membership to one that has fewer sessions. Then, when you are ready, you can flex up anytime! If this option feels right to you, fill out the Flex Down Form. Your flex down will takes effect on your next payment with 30-day notice.

Suspend your membership

As schedules change and trips are planned, you may need to pause your yoga, infrared sauna, or salt therapy membership. The minimum suspension period is one month, and the maximum is six months.  You may suspend your membership one time per 12-month period. We require a suspension start date and an end date. We are not able to process open-ended suspensions. During the suspension period, any sessions on your account will be suspended and not be available for use. At the end of your suspension, your membership will automatically restart and sessions on account will reactivate. If your plans change again, and you’d like to restart your membership early, you can do so anytime. If you need a bit more time, just let us know with a 30-day notice.

Cancel your membership

Are you going out of town for a while? Is your schedule extra full for the next number of months? Consider suspending or flexing down your membership. We have virtual classes that you can take anywhere and on-demand classes that you can take anytime. If you need to cancel, we understand. We hope this is “see you later” and not “goodbye”. Thank you for being part of the Green Lotus community - we hope to see you at the center soon.

  • The new member offer gives a $90 discount applied over 3 months. With early cancellation, the regular rates apply.

  • This membership has a minimum purchase of 2 Rolling 10 packages. There is a $15 cancellation fee to cancel early.
