We welcome all students - those interested in energy healing as a personal wellness tool, those interested in making reiki a career, and everyone in between.
About Reiki
Anyone can learn to perform reiki, and trainings at Green Lotus provide lots of time to practice and ask questions. If you are new to reiki, you will leave the first level of training fully empowered to use reiki on yourself, your loved ones, and even your pets. You will become a conduit for greater health, balance, and vitality for yourself and those around you.
Rei: means universe, Ki: means life force energy
Reiki training is for anyone wanting a healthier, more balanced, and more connected life. It can be used to restore and nourish the body of everyday life stressors. It aids the body's natural ability to heal headaches, exhaustion, colds, sleeplessness, injuries, and other forms of “dis-ease”. Reiki has no side-effects, no risks, and always is available to access.
The Green Lotus Reiki Training School is part of the Usui reiki lineage with a direct line of teachers going back to Mikao Usui.
If you have had reiki training elsewhere, you can repeat your training level, or you may be able to continue where you left off. Just drop us a line to get started.
The experience of taking Reiki Level 1 Training was an expanding experience. And empowering. We are all healers - it just needs to be awakened in us.

We invite you to join our reiki community by participating in a Reiki Share. Both reiki practitioners and non-practitioners are invited to attend. If you are considering pursing reiki training, this is a great forum in which to learn more about this healing system. If you’ve already had reiki training, this is a great way to practice your techniques, connect with community, and learn about advancing your training.
Level 1 Reiki Training was filled with important knowledge on Reiki and extends beyond, centering this practice into all energetic medicine and healing modalities. It is accessible, well-planned, and very intentional. I highly recommend this training to anyone curious to know more and who wants to try their own "hands" at performing reiki.

Reiki Training Level 2
Deepen your connection with Reiki through the first three symbols—tools for enhancing healing, protection, and space clearing.
This intermediate-level training includes:
Use of the Reiki symbols
Introduction to distance healing
Integrating crystals, pendulums, tuning forks, and aromatherapy
Techniques for energetic boundaries and clearing
You’ll receive your second attunement and gain confidence applying Reiki in both in-person and remote settings.
Fee: $175

Most students in the St. Kate's Holistic Health Program complete levels 1 and 2 but aren't sure where to complete Master Level Training. I will recommend Green Lotus! The training was very aligned. Completing Master Level Reiki is an incredible accomplishment in a journey. Green Lotus offers such a welcoming place to learn and share wisdom and create a place of community. Reiki Training Level 3: Master
This Master-level training marks a significant step in personal transformation and spiritual growth. You’ll receive your final attunement and the title of Reiki Master.

Master symbols and advanced techniques
How to give attunements
Guidance for launching your Reiki career
You’ll also explore how to weave Reiki into your daily life with greater depth and clarity.

Reiki Training Level 4: Teacher Training Course
This immersive and transformative program is designed for Reiki Masters ready to step into the role of teacher, deepen their personal practice, and advance their professional practice.
You’ll receive:
12 hours of instruction
12 hours of classroom co-teaching
20 hours of Reiki practicum
Experience hosting a Reiki Share
By the end, you’ll be ready to lead, guide, and inspire others on the Reiki path and build your professional practice and training programs.
Fee: $825

Reiki Training School Faculty
Reiki Share Events
Come join our local reiki community by participating in a Reiki Share. Both reiki practitioners and non-practitioners are invited to attend. We meet the first Thursday of every month, alternating between the Lakeville and Mendota Heights Green Lotus locations.
During a Reiki Share, we take turns giving and receiving reiki, typically with a few practitioners working on an individual simultaneously. Everyone has the opportunity to enjoy the benefits of reiki, ask questions, share stories, and meet others in the community that are on a healing path.
Practitioners, come hone your skills and practice alongside your colleagues. If you are not a reiki practitioner, you can receive reiki and also practice hands-on healing with the guidance of our Reiki Master Jennifer Stano. If you are considering pursing reiki training, this is a great forum in which to learn more about this healing system.
Reiki Shares offer the opportunity for a powerful and beautiful experience for everyone involved. The container we create allows for authentic connection, support, and acceptance. Join us!
Fee: Sliding scale of $15-$40. For those who have financial constraints, you are welcome to contribute what you are able. No one will be turned away due to financial limitations – contact maureen@greenlotusyogactr.com regarding scholarships. For those who have the means to offer a little more in support of our reiki community, your contribution is appreciated.
