Randy Miranda

Randy Miranda

Health, wellness, and mindfulness are important aspects in Randy's life. He finds joy in guiding those who accept the significance of the sacred triangle – the integration of mind, body, and spirit. Randy believes in listening to your body and honoring where you are in the moment, to being open to feeling the gift that each practice and pose offers. He is keen about attention to detail and wants each student to learn, grow, and experience success. It is not the destination but the journey that teaches us so much about ourselves.

On the practical side, Randy became a fitness instructor more than 15 years ago, teaching Body Pump and cycling at the YMCA. After many years playing racquetball, a knee injury caused him to re-evaluate his own fitness goals. Desiring more strength and flexibility, he completed extensive training in Mat Pilates and Pilates/Yoga Fusion. He continued to expand his skills, receiving training in YogaFit, tai chi, meditation, reiki, and holistic nutrition. He recently left the world of marketing and communications to pursue these passions.

Music, theater, reading, travel, and gardening are some of the ways he relaxes. He also does some snowshoeing, but his favorite winter activity is snuggling up in front of a fireplace and reading. He prefers warmer weather, so he can bike, hike, canoe, kayak, and camp. And he loves to get in a hot room for his daily yoga practice.

He completed his training in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) at the Academy of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine in Roseville, Minnesota. Balancing the meridians and treating the person as a whole also are integral aspects of the Five Element method. In addition to the Five Element approach Sal utilizes Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) in his treatments if indicated.

Sal’s clinical experiences have included the treatment of post-traumatic stress disorder at the Center for Victims of Torture, treatment of chronic pain including neuropathy, palliative care, and supportive therapy for patients with cancer. Bobby Sullivan

Bobby Sullivan

Intuitive, Past-Life Regression Facilitator & Reiki Practitioner

Nothing about Bobby Sullivan's quick wit and laid-back approach speaks of his unusual gifts. Take a closer look, though, and you'll find that Bobby ventured down a road that has taken him a long way from where he started. After a long career as a senior executive in the Minneapolis advertising industry, Bobby developed his intuitive and healing abilities possessed from an early age.
In 1998, Bobby signed up for a class taught by well-known author Echo Bodine. “Meeting Echo for the first time was like seeing a long-lost friend. We quickly became close, and after a year of being her student, she asked me to work along side her as a teaching assistant," Bobby says.  In early 2005 Bobby partnered with Echo to open up “The Center,” a healing and teaching facility located in South Minneapolis.
Bobby has since left “The Center” and offers classes on numerous meta-physical topics at different venues around the country. As well as developing his practice as a healer, ghost buster, and past-life regression facilitator, Bobby is respected for his aura energy readings. During these sessions he uses his intuitive abilities to interpret the auras of his clients he photographs with his aura-imaging equipment. “It is really fun for people to actually see how what is happening in their lives can show up in their auras," he explains.

“The energy of the world is changing quickly,” Bobby says. “My mission is to be a catalyst for people who are looking to understand, embrace, and find their place in this change. The last undiscovered frontier is going to be the ability to explore what’s inside of each one of us. I hope my work can spread some light for people that are willing to take this journey”.

Mariah Bowen

Mariah Bowen

Massage, CranioSacral, Shiatsu, Thai Yoga & Cupping Therapy

Mariah is dedicated to affecting positive change in each client — physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually — through bodywork that is intuitive, anatomically informed, energetic, and customized to best address any pattern of disharmony. She takes a proactive, holistic, and integrative approach to healthcare, individualizing bodywork treatments through energetic healing: Swedish, therapeutic, rehabilitative, trigger-point massage, craniosacral therapy, shiatsu, Thai yoga bodywork, ampuku, and traditional Chinese medicine modalities including auricular therapy and cupping.

Mariah developed her passion for the maintenance of the human form and spirit from a place of reverence and wonder. Growing up in the tiny Athabaskan village of Tanana, Alaska, she learned to harvest, subsist, and observe. She cultivated gratitude for every last pebble and snowflake and was humbled by the power of the river, the wind, the northern lights. Nature taught her the tao before she ever heard it described. She remains a lifelong student of nature, cycles, growth, and decay. A winding road has led her from her home on the Yukon river to graduate from Dartmouth College in New Hampshire, to spend five years raising two beautiful daughters in Washington, D.C., to relocate to the Twin Cities, and to discover bodywork as her mode of serving and promoting health. She completed the East/West program at CenterPoint Massage and Shiatsu school. Bringing a third daughter into the world in the summer 2015 has been her most recent joy.

Mariah offers clients the opportunity to stop and breathe, to reconnect with themselves, and to affirm that in order to live full, satisfying lives, their bodies need to be utilized, respected, cared for, and celebrated. She finds it rewarding to work with people of all sorts, particularly those most needing healing. It is her calling and a great honor to help people navigate the delicate space between their structural bodies and their ethereal well-being.

Patti Opsahl

Patti Opsahl

Yoga Instruction for Family, Kids, Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga

Patti’s introduction to yoga took place when her oldest sister showed her some basic poses around a fire in the middle of a campground. This lit a spark (no pun intended) within her. Char Adelman

Char Adelmann

Yoga & Meditation Teacher

For many years Char lived from the wise words of her Grandma Gee, “It’s what’s on the inside that counts." This became her mantra to survive our culture’s obsession with ‘looking good.' In the meantime, her lack of attention to her outward appearance facilitated her lack of attention to the health of her body. Char remembers, "As I lost touch with my body, I began to discover an inner knowing that something was missing."

In 2003 Char's journey took an exquisite turn as she found peace within her body on her yoga mat. After her first yoga class she knew that she would become a yoga teacher. Char said, "Through yoga I became conscious of my body as an intricate part of my soul's experience as a human being, and I am called to share this wonderful realization with the world."

Char graduated from Green Lotus' RYT 200-hour Teacher Training/Advanced Studies program in 2012. She has taken additional training at Green Lotus in hot fusion, yin, restorative, and adaptive yoga. She is trained with David Kaley in reiki and has attained the level or Reiki Master. She teaches hot fusion, yin, and meditation. Char also conducts ancestral divinations, having received her divination training from Teri Leigh Schmidt and Elder designation from Malidoma Patrice Some.

"My mission," Char says, "is to continue to learn, grow, and share to raise our collective consciousness. When we realize we are all equal, we will all rise. Love!"
