Carolyn Vinup

Carolyn Vinup is the founder of Gateways to Brilliance, a sound alchemist, mindfulness facilitator, integrative health educator, and sacred ceremony guide with more than 25 years of experience supporting personal growth and well-being.

As faculty with the Sound Healing School at Green Lotus Yoga & Healing Center, Carolyn creates immersive and multi-dimensional sonic experiences that blend crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, percussion, voice, mindfulness practices, and intentional ceremony.

Over the past two and a half years, Carolyn has trained and mentored more than 50 students in the art and application of sound healing, guiding both personal exploration and professional development.

Through sound baths, transformative workshops, and professional training programs, she helps participants discover the healing potential of sound, vibration, and presence. Carolyn is known for creating nurturing, heart-centered spaces where individuals can reconnect with their inner wisdom, cultivate greater balance, and awaken to their authentic essence.

Her work invites participants to experience sound as a gateway to inner brilliance—where frequency becomes light, sound becomes soul, and sacred space allows the soul to dance.
