This immersive 7-hour training equips yoga teachers with the practical tools and scientific understanding needed to integrate mental health support into every class. You’ll explore how time-honored yoga techniques—breathwork (pranayama), mindful movement (asana), hand gestures (mudras), and more—activate the body’s natural stress-regulation systems to calm anxious minds, lift mood, and boost overall vitality.

The neuroscience behind yoga’s impact on the brain: neuroplasticity, stress hormones, and mood regulation
Polyvagal Theory in practice: sequencing breath, movement, and voice to shift autonomic states
Breathwork protocols for instant anxiety relief and long-term resilience

Mudras and mantra: subtle energetic tools to anchor focus and balance emotion
Designing mental-wellness–focused classes: theming, sequencing, and cues that safely support students in distress
